1. Our commitment
VentureOS AI exists to remove barriers to starting a business. A website that excludes disabled people would contradict the point of the product. We build this site to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier, or no mouse at all.
This statement applies to ventureosai.com. It does not cover our free tools at tools.ventureosai.com, which are separate applications — see section 5.
2. Conformance status
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We believe this site substantially meets that standard, but it has not been independently audited. We are not claiming certified conformance, and we will say so plainly here when an audit has been completed.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible. Level AA is the standard referenced by UK public sector accessibility regulations and by the European Accessibility Act.
3. What we have built in
- Keyboard access. Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard. The audience selector supports arrow-key navigation between tabs.
- Visible focus. A high-contrast focus ring appears on every focusable element. It is never removed.
- Skip link. A “Skip to content” link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches.
- Semantic structure. Real landmarks, headings in order, and lists marked up as lists, so screen readers can navigate by structure.
- Reduced motion. If your device requests reduced motion, animation and smooth scrolling are switched off. The pipeline demonstration resolves instantly instead of animating.
- Contrast. Body and interface text meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 ratio required at Level AA.
- Resizing. The layout reflows to 320px and supports 200% text zoom without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
- No traps. No auto-playing audio or video, no time limits, no content that flashes.
- Form clarity. Every field has a permanently visible label, not a placeholder standing in for one. Errors state what is wrong and how to fix it, and are announced to screen readers.
4. Known limitations
We would rather list these than let you discover them:
- The audience selector holds 13 tabs in a horizontally scrolling strip. On narrow screens this requires sideways scrolling. Keyboard users can reach every tab with arrow keys without scrolling manually.
- The venture pipeline demonstration animates automatically when it scrolls into view. It respects reduced-motion settings, but there is currently no separate control to stop it.
- The site has not been tested with every combination of assistive technology. Our testing has covered keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, and reduced-motion settings.
- No independent accessibility audit has been carried out.
5. Our free tools
The tools at tools.ventureosai.com were built at speed as separate applications and have not been assessed against WCAG. Some may not meet Level AA.
If you hit a barrier in any of them, tell us which tool and what happened, and we will fix it or provide the output another way.
6. Feedback and reporting a barrier
If you cannot access something on this site, contact us and we will help directly — including by providing information in another format.
Email: accessibility@ventureosai.com
Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and to respond substantively within 10 working days.
7. Enforcement
If you are in the UK and you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on rights under the Equality Act 2010.
We treat accessibility as a defect class, not a feature request. Reported barriers are prioritised alongside functional bugs.
8. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 6 August 2026 based on our own testing of the site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It will be reviewed when the site changes materially, and at least annually.
