1. Introduction

VentureOS AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit ventureosai.com or interact with our platform, waitlists, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

VentureOS AI is operated by Sceamdo Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Sceamdo Technologies Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. Information we collect

a. Information you provide directly

  • Name, email address, mobile number, country, and role (for example: entrepreneur, government representative).
  • Organisation or institution name, and deployment scale, where you tell us you are enquiring on behalf of an organisation.
  • Referral code, where you join through an ambassador.
  • Login credentials, if and when you create an account.
  • Messages, voice, or video inputs submitted to AI agents.
  • Any documents or details you upload while using our services.

b. Automatically collected data

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referral source, and site usage statistics.
  • Cookies and analytics data, where these are in use. See our Cookie Policy for exactly what is running today.

c. Third-party sources

  • If you connect through a partner — for example a government agency, bank, or accelerator — we may receive basic profile data for verification.
Current status

Today this website collects only what you type into the launch-list form. Account creation, AI agent inputs, and document uploads are described here because they will apply once the Platform launches. They are not collected yet.

3. How we use your information

We process your data to:

  1. Create and manage your account and preferences.
  2. Provide access to beta or launch-list features.
  3. Enable communication with our AI assistants and human support team.
  4. Send updates about platform launches, news, and policy changes.
  5. Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  6. Improve product functionality through aggregated analytics and testing.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Data retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with our obligations, and resolve disputes. If you join the launch list and the Platform does not launch in your country within 24 months, we will delete your record.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@ventureosai.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Data security

We apply industry-standard encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud storage. Access to launch-list data is restricted to named personnel who need it.

No internet-based platform is completely secure. You acknowledge this residual risk when providing information to us. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours and notify you where required.

7. International data transfers

Data may be stored or processed outside the United Kingdom. Where it is, we rely on UK International Data Transfer Agreements, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, as appropriate.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data erased.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Cookies and tracking

What is actually running

This website currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will publish it in the Cookie Policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

10. Third-party links and integrations

The Platform may contain links to external sites or tools not operated by us — including our free tools at tools.ventureosai.com and, in future, payment processors, AI providers, and government registries. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Review their policies before providing them with data.

11. Children’s privacy

VentureOS AI is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email privacy@ventureosai.com and we will delete it.

12. Policy updates

We may update this policy periodically. Revised versions will be posted here with a new effective date. Where changes are material, we will notify launch-list members by email. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance.
