VentureOS AI

Terms of Use

EFFECTIVE 6 AUGUST 2026ENGLAND & WALESPRE-LAUNCH

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VentureOS AI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform purpose and pre-launch status

VentureOS AI is currently a pre-launch and beta-testing platform. Services, features, and outputs are offered for informational and testing purposes only.

We do not guarantee commercial readiness, regulatory approval, or operational continuity until official launch. Joining the launch list does not create any entitlement to access, and does not oblige us to launch in any particular country or on any particular date.

3. User eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally competent to enter a binding agreement. Institutional users must be duly authorised to represent the entity on whose behalf they are acting.

4. Account registration and security

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:

  • Misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the system.
  • Upload harmful code or infringing material.
  • Use AI-generated outputs for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Platform or its outputs as your own service.

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or terminate access where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

6. Intellectual property

All software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of VentureOS AI and its affiliates. This includes the AEEA framework and the Vibe DeCoDeOp™ name.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant VentureOS AI a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use it for Platform operation and improvement. No rights or licences are granted beyond those expressly stated here.

7. Beta outputs and disclaimer

Because VentureOS AI is a pre-launch autonomous system, all content, recommendations, and generated materials — including business plans, financial models, and legal documents — are provided “as is” and for informational purposes only.

We make no representations or warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with local law. Seek independent professional advice before acting on any output, particularly on legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory matters.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureOS AI and Sceamdo Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
  • Loss of data, profits, or reputation.
  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated outputs.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid for the service, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VentureOS AI, its officers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Third-party services

The Platform may integrate third-party tools — for example payment processors, AI providers, and government registries. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time without liability if you breach these Terms, or where necessary for maintenance, security, or compliance. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request removal of your data under the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
