1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They are used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure how a site is used, or track you across sites for advertising.
Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, and device fingerprinting — are covered by this policy too, because the rules that apply to them are the same.
2. What this website uses today
This website sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking, and no local storage. That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner — under UK law, one is only required before non-essential cookies are set, and we set none.

3. The one third-party request we do make
We load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but the request does disclose your IP address and browser information to Google in order to serve the font files.
If you would prefer to avoid this, most browser content-blockers will block the request. The site remains fully readable and functional using your device’s default typefaces.
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, our hosting provider, which processes your submission and stores it for us. Netlify does not set cookies on this site.
4. What would change if we add analytics
We may add privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. If and when we do:
- We will update the table in section 2 before the change goes live.
- If the tool sets any non-essential cookie or stores identifiers on your device, we will show a consent banner and set nothing until you agree.
- Rejecting will be as easy as accepting — one click, on the same screen, with no dark patterns.
- Strictly necessary cookies, if any are ever needed, do not require consent but will still be listed here.
5. Cookies on our free tools
Our free tools at tools.ventureosai.com are separate applications. Several of them store your Anthropic API key in your own browser’s local storage so you do not have to re-enter it. That data stays on your device and is never transmitted to VentureOS AI servers.
You can clear it at any time by clearing site data for that domain in your browser settings.
6. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions are published by each browser vendor under “cookies” or “privacy” in their help documentation.
Blocking all cookies may break functionality on other websites. On this website it will change nothing, because we do not use any.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this policy whenever our use of cookies changes, and revise the effective date at the top of the page.
